Booking, Deposit & Refund Policy

📅 Reserving Your Date

A signed agreement and required booking payment must be received before your event date can be officially reserved.

Dates remain available to other clients until the required payment has been received and DnR Live Events confirms the booking.

💳 Deposit Requirements

Events booked more than 30 days in advance require a booking deposit equal to 50% of the approved event total.

Events booked within 30 days of the event date must be paid in full at the time of booking.

For refund calculations, the deposit portion is still considered 50% of the approved event total even when the customer has paid the event in full.

❌ Cancellation & Deposit Refund

The cancellation percentage applies only to the 50% deposit portion of the booking.

💵 Payments Above The Deposit

Any amount paid above the required 50% deposit portion is considered event-balance payment.

If the event is canceled, money paid above the deposit portion is refunded 100%. Only the deposit portion is subject to the cancellation schedule.

🔄 Rescheduling

If DnR Live Events is available on your newly requested date, we will make every reasonable effort to transfer your booking.

Rescheduling is based entirely on availability and cannot be guaranteed. A reschedule is not effective until DnR confirms the new date.

🌦 Outdoor Events

Outdoor events remain the responsibility of the client.

We will work with you to determine the safest reasonable option in severe weather, including relocation or rescheduling when possible. DnR will not operate equipment in unsafe conditions.

💰 Final Payment

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the remaining balance is due before the start of the event.

DnR is not required to begin event services until the required balance has been received.

📝 Written Changes

Changes to the event date, location, hours, package, services, or production requirements may affect pricing or availability and must be approved by DnR Live Events.
