Booking & Deposit Policy
We believe in keeping things simple and transparent. The following policy helps us reserve your date, protect our schedule, and ensure every client receives the attention they deserve.
📅 Reserving Your Date
A signed agreement and required deposit must be received before your event date can be officially reserved.
Dates remain available to other clients until the deposit has been paid.
💳 Deposit Requirements
Events booked more than 30 days in advance require a deposit equal to 50% of the total package price.
Events booked within 30 days of the event date must be paid in full at the time of booking.
❌ Cancellation Policy
🔄 Rescheduling
If DnR Live Events is available on your new requested date, we will make every reasonable effort to transfer your booking.
Rescheduling is based entirely on availability and cannot be guaranteed.
🌦 Outdoor Events
Outdoor events remain the responsibility of the client.
We will work with you to determine the safest option in the event of severe weather, including relocation or rescheduling when possible.
💰 Final Payment
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the remaining balance is due before the start of the event.
Services may be delayed until payment has been received.

Until all three conditions have been met, DnR Live Events cannot guarantee availability of your requested date.
